We offer refunds and compensation for services provided by us. 1. Refunds
We may offer returns in the following conditions:
– If the service has not been performed.
– If the service performed was different from the one ordered or requested.
– A full refund will be made if the department is in error.
Customers may request a refund within: 7 days following receipt of the service.

 

2. Exceptions
Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant returns or refunds if:
– You received what you ordered, but simply changed your mind about the service.
– You received the service/product and failed to make a report within 7 days from the date of the receipt.

At The Brand Authors we sell virtual products and render services, We deliver our products to users via Emails, Facebook, WhatsApp etc as it suits your business.

 

Return Policy

At The Brand Authors we sell virtual products and render services, Which means no return can be made but only Refunds if it falls under the refund policy. Our refund policy has been explained above.

 

Cancellation Policy

The following are to note:
– If the work has not started, A full refund will be made.
– If the authorized work has been started, The Brand Authors may retain an appropriate portion of paid amount.
